Founded in 1998, Shanghai TOBU Plastic Mould Co., Ltd. is specialized in precise injection molding, mould manufacturing, product printing, machine, assembling, etc.

With full experience in injection moulding fields, TOBU can produce precise injection moulds including stack mould. Relying on strictly Zero-defect management principle, TOBU has the ability to manufacture various plastic parts, from the smallest component to entire body panels in the fields of auto parts, medical devices, household appliances, communication equipment, machinery, etc,. TOBU provides whole solutions from the very beginning to the final products.

In plastic department, TOBU's injection molding machines are produced by TOSHIBA, JSW, NISSEI (Japan), ARBURG (Germany), Chen Hsong(Hong Kong) and Haitian (China) with clamping force from 50 to 450T. In mould department, TOBU owns mould manufacturing equipment such as CAD/CAM system, electric discharge machine by CHARMILLES (Switzerland), wire cutter by SODIC (Japan) and machining center by FADAL (USA), the quality department possesses the inspection instruments including universal tool microscope by ZEISS (Germany), gear runout tester by MAHR (Germany) and gear composite error tester.

TOBU's main clients including DEMAG, PARKER HANNIFIN Hydraulic System, TYCO Electric, SHIMANO, etc. In 2009, TOBU set up branch factories in tariff-free zone, Ho Chi Minh City and Vietnam, aiming to supply plastic part to worldwide.
